1. DEFINITIONS
Company: Refers to MİLES TURİZM YATIRIMLARI TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

Website / Site: Refers to www.ucuzucur.com, the website of the Company.
Member: Refers to persons who accept the terms and conditions specified in this agreement and register to the Site in order to benefit from discounts and advantages such as special and general campaigns, promotions, introductions, earning points, etc. related to the services mediated by www.ucuzucur.com, the website of the Company.
User: Persons who purchase and/or make reservations for services mediated by www.ucuzucur.com, which is the Company's Website, without registering on the site.
Support Center: Persons who provide support services to Members and Users after receiving the relevant service from their providers for the services mediated through the Website.
Supplier: National and international airline companies, hotels, hotel suppliers, car rental companies or suppliers, tour companies, etc. and national and international airline companies, hotels and/or suppliers, vehicle companies and/or suppliers, tour companies and/or suppliers, etc. that ensure the realization of all services transmitted to the Site by the Service Provider and/or to be added in the future.
These Terms of Use explain the rules and conditions that must be followed when using Ucuzucur.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website/Site"). Please read the Terms of Use carefully. By using the Website, you hereby accept, declare and undertake that you have accepted the content of these Terms of Use in advance and that you will abide by the Terms of Use.
The Company reserves the right to change any kind of service, product, site usage conditions and information provided on this Site and its extensions without prior notice, to reorganize the Site and to cease publication. Changes shall enter into force at the time of publication on the Site. Users’ use of the Site or entering the Site shall mean that they have accepted these changes.
Third party suppliers provide services as providers for hotel, flight reservations, scheduled and charter flight tickets, accommodation, car rental, transfer, holiday packages and similar reservation and sales transactions related to tourism services provided on the Site.
2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
In order to gain the "Membership" status, the person who wants to become a "Member" must fill out the Membership Form on the Site, approve the Ucuzucur.com Terms of Use, fill in the membership form with real information in line with the information requested, and the membership application must be evaluated and approved by the "Company", and the real person who wants to become a member must be over 18 years of age.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is responsible for ensuring the security of his/her passwords. The Member accepts, declares and undertakes not to give the username and password given to him/her to anyone else, that he/she is responsible for keeping them, that the Company is not responsible for any damages that may occur if his/her passwords fall into the hands of 3rd parties, that he/she will lose all his/her rights arising from the membership in case of misuse of the username and password and/or use by someone else, that all rights and gains related to the membership will be revoked, and that all kinds of measures can be applied.
The Member also accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she can only benefit from the rights and opportunities provided by the Company as long as his/her membership continues, and that he/she will not be able to benefit from the accumulated points and other rights earned in the event of termination of his/her membership.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that his/her contact information (GSM number, e-mail address, etc.) may be used by the Company to inform about other products to be provided by the Company, information e-mails regarding the field of activity or services offered, or to notify about updates on the Website.
The Company may block the Member's access to the Website and remove the Member from membership without any notification in the event that a violation of the Terms of Use is detected by the Member or a complaint is received regarding these violations. The Member accepts that his/her membership will continue if he/she fulfills all the Terms of Use. In this case, the Company reserves the right to recourse to the relevant Member, together with its ancillary rights, for all the liabilities that may arise and all claims, demands and/or payments that may be put forward against the Company by third parties and/or authorized authorities.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights of Ucuzucur.com logo, all writings, graphics and pictures included in the content of the Site are reserved. They cannot be used for commercial or other purposes without permission.
User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that all material and moral rights and source codes of the entire content of the Site (text, data, graphics, images, logos, button icons, database, design, software and other elements related to the content of the Website) belong exclusively to the Company in accordance with the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, that they will not reproduce, distribute, process, present to the public these software under any name, will not transmit them to the public through means of signal, sound and/or image transmission, including digital transmission, and will not use them in a manner contrary to the provisions of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and/or will not allow third parties and employees to use them.
Any unauthorized use of all financial rights related to the content, design and software of the Website (processing, reproduction, dissemination, representation and public offering), including but not limited to any unauthorized disclosure and use, will constitute a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights.
4. CONDITIONS REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE AND THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
A. GENERAL RULES
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is responsible for the content and accuracy of the passenger information entered into the Site, that no changes can be made after the information is entered into the system, and that in the event of any damage related to this, he/she is fully responsible
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company cannot be held responsible for any disputes, damages and/or claims that may arise between the supplier companies and the User/Member in the services provided through the site, and that the only addressee is the actual provider of the relevant service.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company has made no commitment that the content received from the supplier and/or intermediary institutions on the Site will be accurate, complete or uninterrupted, and that the Company is not responsible for any damages experienced in cases such as disconnection or communication failure caused by internet infrastructure and telecommunication provider companies.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company takes utmost care regarding the accuracy of the information received from suppliers and/or intermediary institutions and announced on the Website, but that the Company cannot be held responsible if the service received or requested does not show the specified quality and location availability.
The User/Member accepts that the products on the Website are arranged by the relevant suppliers and/or intermediary institutions and under the responsibility of those institutions, and that the rules and conditions of the relevant supplier apply to the content on the Site.
The Company acts as an intermediary between the User/Member and the Supplier in the services it offers on the Site. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that it cannot be held responsible for any disruptions that may occur in the services mediated by the Company on the Site.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that it will not be held responsible for any disruptions that may occur in the services mediated by the Company through the Site and Support Center due to reasons beyond its control, such as political events, strikes, bankruptcy of the supplier, minimum passenger number, changes in interstate relations, public movements, weather conditions, natural disasters and technical problems.
When performing a sales transaction for a product or service through the Website, the User/Member must provide their name, e-mail address, credit or bank card number, card expiration date and telephone number, Turkish Republic Identity Number for Turkish Republic Citizens, and Passport number for Foreign Country Citizens. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company has no liability due to the failure to provide this information, its incompleteness or incorrectness. The Company will send an electronic message to the contact details entered by the User/Member during the transaction in order to provide information regarding the product or service provided to the User/Member.
All purchases made through the Site will be made by credit or bank card. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the bank or credit card used for payment must be a member of the Secure 3D system. The Secure 3D system is a system that prevents the unauthorized use of the bank or credit card by 3rd parties and secures the cardholder against possible risks. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that they are solely responsible for purchases made through the Secure 3D system on the Site, that they cannot object to the expenses for payments made through the Secure 3D system, and that even if they do, their objections will not be valid since the transactions are made with the Secure 3D full verification system. The Company uses an E.V. certificate (green bar) on the Website. The E.V. certificate is a special and secure SSL certificate that provides corporate information security with a 128-bit encryption algorithm in data transmission. The Member or Users' bank card / credit card information is not recorded or stored by the Company in any way. Bank / credit card information is used only by the bank or payment institution during the purchase process. Members or Users may, if they wish, ensure that their bank / credit card information is stored through the secure infrastructure provided by PCI DSS certified institutions via the Website in order to facilitate their next purchase transactions. With the PCI DSS certified and BDDK licensed Card Storage Services infrastructure, the information on bank / credit cards facilitates the Authentication and Authorization steps, providing bank / credit card holders with the opportunity to use a secure and easy payment tool.
A reservation made or a service purchased on the Site cannot be transferred to someone else's name and the name cannot be changed.
The User / Member accepts, declares and undertakes that in cases where a refund is required for services received through the Site, refunds will be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service provider and that the said refunds will be made to the credit or bank card used during the purchase and, if requested, to the bank account number by stating the IBAN number.
Passengers must have their passports and identity cards with them for travel and accommodation abroad purchased through the site, and their identity cards with them for travel to Cyprus. If a minor is traveling with one of their parents, the other parent must have given a notarized consent letter.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company has no responsibility in the event that the exit is prevented due to any lack of procedures regarding passport and visa procedures, failure to complete visa procedures for the country to be traveled to, control and/or reminder of these procedures or personal reasons arising from the passenger (tax debt, lack of transit visa, etc.), and that the responsibility for any cancellations and delays that may occur for this reason belongs entirely to the User/Member.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is bound by the terms and conditions (cancellation/refund and change) of the Service Provider company for all services purchased through the Website and/or Support Center, that if the Service Provider company makes changes to these terms and conditions, the current information is valid, and that each Service Provider company has different practices and fee penalty practices for cancellation/refund and change procedures.
B. AIRLINE TICKET
B.1. GENERAL RULES FOR RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING
It is possible to make reservations for a maximum of 7 passengers at a time in reservations to be made on the Site. Single child reservations cannot be made on the Site for domestic flights. It is absolutely possible to make a reservation with 1 adult.
On the Site, you can make an optional reservation depending on the Airline and flight/price class. The ticketing option of each Airline Company will appear on the screen under your reservation. The User/Member is responsible for following this option. In order to purchase your optional reservations, you must make the purchase through the system before the option date/time.
The option periods applied for your optional reservations may be changed by the Airlines. If the Airline notifies the Company of this information, the Company will notify the e-mail and/or mobile phone number entered in the reservation record. The Company is not responsible for the failure to issue the ticket within the option period. The User/Member is fully responsible for the failure to issue the ticket within the notified option period.
After purchasing a ticket on the Site, it is not possible to make reservation and route changes through the Site. You can only cancel your optional reservations from the system. If you want to make a reservation and route change, you need to contact the Support Center.
Since it is mandatory to present an ID in purchases of discounted tickets (Disabled, Sailor, Veteran, Worker, Companion, Family), transactions are only made through the Support Center and discounted tickets are not sold on the Site. The discount rate varies by airline.
The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes to send the necessary documents regarding passenger discounts applied by supplier airlines to the Company. Otherwise, the User/Member reserves the right to cancel discounted tickets for which the Company does not have a document, and accepts, declares and undertakes to pay the Company any penalties, compensations, etc. sanctions that may come from the airline and/or other relevant institutions due to ticketing with a discounted reservation against the rules without a document.
In reservations made through the Website, the baggage rights determined by the Airlines according to domestic or international lines, long, medium or short distances are essential. If you exceed your baggage allowance displayed on the plane tickets purchased through the Site or our Support Center, the relevant airline will have the right to request a fee per Kg and/or per piece. Some Airlines may offer music, sports, personal life tools, etc. If you want to carry your tools with you, they will charge a separate fee.
For health reasons, they may charge a separate or additional fee for wheelchair needs, additional seats, baby beds (Baby Basket) or special travel organizations at the airport or on the plane. Please get help from our Support Center for all these needs. Child passengers who are under the age of 0 to 2 cannot travel alone. They can travel with a parent/authorized person or with an accompanying cabin attendant. If an accompanying cabin attendant is provided, a child fee is applied, and the OW (One Way) fee for the cabin attendant is collected by the airline.
Child passengers who are over 7 years old on the day the travel starts but have not celebrated their 12th birthday. Child passengers between the ages of 07 and 11 who are allowed to travel alone by their parents or legal representatives are provided with an accompanying cabin attendant service upon request. A child discount is applied. If the airline deems it necessary for a passenger who is inadequate enough to assist with check-in and/or customs procedures, etc., a cabin attendant is assigned for a fee. The accompanying passenger status may vary by airline. You can access detailed information from the relevant airline websites. In case of any dispute, airline rules apply.
B.2. SCHEDULED FLIGHTS
Please note that there are additional conditions attached to this fee in addition to the ticket prices. Some tickets are not eligible for changes and/or refunds.
Airlines may charge additional fees for baggage, airport boarding (check-in), preferred seat selection, in-flight entertainment & communication systems, wheelchair service, food, beverages and snacks. Such additional services may not be included in the flight ticket, in such a case, the additional fees must be paid directly to the airline. Our company is not responsible for such additional costs that may arise.
The recommended maximum time to be at the airport before the flight is determined as 120 minutes before departure for international flights and 90 minutes for domestic flights. Some airlines may request that the return flight be confirmed 72 hours in advance. Confirmations not directly notified to the airline by the Customer may cause the flight to be canceled.
The flight route specified on the ticket must be used in order. Continuations or returns of skipped or non-operational flights may completely invalidate the ticket.
A flight defined as a direct flight (Non-Stop). It indicates that there will be no need to change planes during the journey. In some cases, the stopover is for the purpose of refueling, and passengers who will fly directly are generally not dropped off. However, the User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the Company is not responsible for any delays and damages that may arise in the event that passengers are dropped off or transferred to another plane for any reason. Airlines may refuse to carry female passengers whose pregnancy period is 28 weeks or more on the outbound and/or return flight. The Customer must confirm this information when necessary. In order for the infant passenger to travel, he/she must not have turned 2 years old.
In some cases, in order to benefit from more suitable, affordable and special fares, two one-way tickets are issued to create combinations consisting of different airlines for outbound and return flights on domestic flights. This means that there will be two separate reservation records. (one for outbound flight, the other for return flight). It should be noted that each reservation will have its own separate rules. If you have to cancel one of these flights, the other will not be affected, and you will not have to pay an additional fee and penalty for the remaining flight ticket. In addition, if the outbound flight is not used, it means that the return flight (or vice versa) will not be affected. Any change or cancellation made to a reservation will not affect the other flight reservation and the rules for the valid flight remain valid. The departure times shown on the Website are set according to the official hours of the relevant organizations and the Supplier may make changes to these hours and dates. In this case, if the Supplier notifies the Company, the Company will send this change information to the mobile phone number and/or e-mail address registered by the User/Member during the reservation for the relevant reservation. It is assumed that the notifications sent (sms and e-mail) are delivered and received on the date of transmission. The User/Member is responsible for the accuracy of the e-mail address and mobile phone number, which must be reported on the Site and/or in the reservation record to the Support Center. The Company cannot be held responsible individually and/or jointly with the transportation and accommodation organizations for any malfunctions, accidents, losses that may occur in transportation vehicles, travel destinations and accommodation facilities, regardless of their source and cause, and for any damages, losses, additional expenses and liabilities that may arise due to these.
B.3. CANCELLATION - REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS
Cancellation and refund transactions regarding reservations made through our Website including domestic and international flights must be made by the User/Member through our Support Center during the reservation phase or after the ticket is issued.
Airlines apply rules regarding ticket cancellations depending on the flight class and price level. Changes, cancellations and refunds cannot be made on promotional tickets.
In case of cancellation-refund-change transactions made directly through the airline from which the ticket was purchased, all transactions related to the flight must be followed up through the airline from which the change was made and the ticket was purchased. In such a case, the Company and the Site have no obligation regarding the e-mails and SMSs regarding the notification.
In payments made through the Website, in refund transactions of refundable tickets, if the payment was made with points during the ticket purchase, first the membership will be refunded the points, then the credit card will be refunded. Refunds made to the credit card will be made only to the credit card used in the ticket purchase transactions. If the credit card used for payment has expired or has been canceled:
If the cardholder uses another card from the same bank, a refund will be made to the cardholder's account.
If the cardholder has stopped working with the bank, they can apply to our Support Center with an official letter from the bank.
A transaction fee will be charged for cancellation/refund and change transactions. In cancellation/refund transactions, the Service Fee collected during ticketing will not be refunded. In addition, any points, discounts, etc. benefits earned by the Member from the transaction will be taken back.
All reservations made on the Website are automatically checked by the Airlines' systems. According to the reservation rules, only one of the reservations detected as duplicate will be valid, and all your other registrations will be canceled without notice.
B.4. FEES
Every flight reservation you make through the Website consists of the net flight amount, taxes and service fee. Airline companies have the right to change the fees they apply without notice. Fees are priced according to the daily exchange rate. The Company has the right to reflect any exchange rate differences that may occur to the User/Member until the full payment of the fee is completed; the User/Member is also obliged to pay such differences upon request. The Company is not responsible for any price differences that may occur due to reasons other than the Company, such as price increases that may occur until the purchase is made within the reservation option period and new practices to be made by the state in tax rates, etc.
Before proceeding to the purchase step, you should pay attention to the fact that you have selected the Ticket using the Cancellation & Refundable and/or Non-Refundable feature.
In cancellation and change transactions for flights that are not promotional and have less than 12 hours left until the flight time, the fee rates of the penalty applications determined separately by each Airline are reflected.
5. OTHER PROVISIONS
The translation of these Terms of Use into different languages is purely for assistance purposes, and the binding text between the parties will always be the Turkish version
By accepting these Terms of Use, the User declares that he/she has read and accepted the "Privacy Policy", the "Information Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data" and the "Ucuzucur.com Cookie Policy".
The Company may change this agreement at any time it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion and unilaterally, by announcing it on the Site. The amended provisions of this agreement shall become valid on the date they are announced, and the remaining provisions shall remain in force and continue to have their provisions and consequences.
The Company's liability for the services it provides through the Site through an intermediary shall be limited to the total reservation amount of the User/Member, to the extent permitted by law.
The loss of validity or binding of any provision of these Terms of Use, becoming invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
These Terms of Use are subject to Turkish law, and Istanbul (Bakırköy) Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between the parties and any legal transactions. The User/Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of these Terms of Use and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about himself/herself.
